1. Each product BC sells that is car specific has undergone its own design phase. Typically, they are made with a form fit motif which first requires dimensioning the applicatory location in the car. From here, design iterations filter out what is nonessential and further develop the product.

2. With a finished and stout CAD model, each product is ready for manufacture. The material in each product is always extruded through a very, very small nozzle—1/64” in diameter! (This is 0.4 mm for you metric folks.) Excreting plastic through this small hole is achieved by quickly heating it up to a whopping 480 °F, easily oozing through the 1/64" diameter nozzle.

3. Every graphic/token is actually wholly created by the means of 3-D printed plastics. This means they are made into the part (!), creating a superior finish and a quality part. No stickers or paint ensures the graphics last the part’s entire lifetime.

4. Once the product is manufactured, the next steps forward are verifying each parts quality, assembling, packing, and then shipping it right to your doorstep. Check out the videos below to see your product being built!
