Return Policy

All products are eligible for an equal exchange up to 15 days after shipment. Customers may be responsible for shipping. Refunds are given only for defective items up to 45 days after shipment.

Exceptions to this policy include:

• Items damaged due to improper use or installation.

• Custom designs

  • Unless they arrive defective or damaged.

• Personalized colors are only eligible for exchanges.

• Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and out of the USA. While not eligible for an exchange, Alaskan and Hawaiian residents will receive a refund if required.

All issues must provide evidence of failure with pictures and/or a video and proof of purchase through the website contact form. Do NOT uninstall your product before taking the required picture or video evidence. The product will usually be required to be shown installed.
